Marta Spinelli is an art historian and a board member of the Basilicata-Calabria interregional chapter of ICOM Italia (International Council of Museums). Her research and academic interests focus primarily on medieval and modern art history.
She specializes in the study of the use and evolution of sacred architecture and the management of ecclesiastical spaces.
She plays an active role in the operational implementation of cultural projects in the Basilicata region and fosters dialogue among local museums, institutions, and schools.
